Bacon Wrapped Grilled Cheese Fingers

Crispy bacon-wrapped grilled cheese fingers combine gooey melted cheese with smoky bacon for the ultimate savory snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice and sprinkle with garlic powder if desired.
  3. Place cheese slices between two bread slices, buttered sides out, and cut into fingers.
  4. Wrap each grilled cheese finger tightly with a slice of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Grill the bacon-wrapped fingers, turning occasionally, until bacon is crispy and bread is golden, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove toothpicks and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a thin layer of mustard or your favorite sauce inside before grilling.
