These baked blueberry cottage cheese bowls combine creamy cottage cheese with fresh blueberries for a healthy, protein-packed breakfast or snack that’s deliciously easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries and a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. Divide the mixture into small oven-safe bowls or ramekins.
  5. Sprinkle rolled oats and nuts on top of each bowl.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is lightly golden and set.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle with additional honey and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
