Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Transfer seared salmon fillets to the baking sheet and brush generously with the bang bang sauce.
  6. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from oven, spoon additional sauce over top if desired, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, serve the Bang Bang Salmon over a bed of crispy fried wonton strips or alongside steamed jasmine rice and sautéed vegetables.
