Breakfast Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and scramble the eggs until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and shredded cheese at the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  5. Roll the crescent triangles from the wide end to the point and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a sweeter twist, try adding a small amount of maple syrup or substitute sausage with cooked bacon or ham.
