Brie Cheese Wreath

This Brie Cheese Wreath is an elegant and easy appetizer featuring creamy brie wrapped in golden puff pastry with festive herbs and cranberries, perfect for holiday entertaining.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface to even thickness.
  3. Place the Brie wheel in the center of the pastry.
  4. Arrange fresh cranberries and sprinkle chopped rosemary and thyme evenly over the Brie.
  5. Fold the puff pastry gently around the Brie to form a wreath shape, pinching edges to seal.
  6. Brush the pastry with the beaten egg wash for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before drizzling with honey, if desired.
  9. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.

For a festive touch, garnish the wreath with additional fresh herbs and extra cranberries before serving.
