Cake Mix Cookies

These Cake Mix Cookies are an easy, delicious treat combining the moistness of cake with the chewy texture of cookies, perfect for quick baking and satisfying your sweet tooth.

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips or nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
  4. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and slightly golden.
  6. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For softer cookies, slightly underbake and store in an airtight container. You can also experiment with different cake mix flavors for variety.
