  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat thoroughly in the sauce.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or serve with a side of garlic bread.
