Deliciously savory and cheesy, Cream Cheese Sausage Balls are a perfect appetizer or snack with a tender, flavorful bite that’s quick to make and great for any occasion.

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (raw)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese; mix until well blended.
  3. Add Bisquick, garlic powder, and black pepper; stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
