Crustless Bacon Cheese Quiche

A delicious and easy crustless bacon cheese quiche that’s perfect for breakfast or brunch, packed with savory bacon and creamy cheese in every bite.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or quiche pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, half-and-half, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Sprinkle the cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced onion evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon, cheese, and onions.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a veggie boost, add chopped spinach or bell peppers before baking.
