Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter and softened butter together until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined and dough-like.
  3. Shape the peanut butter mixture into small egg shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the shaped eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated, then place back on the parchment paper.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set by refrigerating the eggs for another 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a festive touch, drizzle with colored candy melts or sprinkle with chopped peanuts before the chocolate sets.
