  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and coat the turkey.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes
