No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bites

Deliciously creamy and rich, these No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bites are a perfect bite-sized dessert combining classic Oreo cookies and smooth cheesecake filling without any oven time.

  • 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup (40g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Additional Oreo crumbs for coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a lined mini muffin tin to form the crust of the cheesecake bites.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  7. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the Oreo crust in each muffin cup.
  8. Sprinkle additional Oreo crumbs on top if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Carefully remove cheesecake bites from the muffin tin and serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra twist, drizzle melted chocolate over the cheesecake bites before refrigerating or try adding a few mini chocolate chips into the filling.
