  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in refrigerator while preparing filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture; mix until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until evenly combined.
  6. Pour filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with chopped peanuts if desired.

For a chocolate twist, drizzle melted chocolate over the pie before serving or mix chocolate chips into the crust.
