Peanut Butter Pie

This creamy, no-bake peanut butter pie combines a rich peanut butter filling with a crunchy graham cracker crust, creating a perfect dessert for any occasion.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill in refrigerator while preparing filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture and beat until fully combined.
  4. Fold whipped cream gently into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated and smooth.
  5. Pour filling into the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with Greek yogurt and chill overnight for best results.
