Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

A refreshing and tropical Pineapple Coconut Smoothie that combines sweet pineapple and creamy coconut for a naturally delicious, vibrant drink perfect for any time of day.

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, coconut water, honey, and vanilla extract into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is chilled.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
