This Ranch Taco Party Bowl combines zesty ranch flavors with seasoned taco ingredients for a fresh, vibrant, and crowd-pleasing meal that’s perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; stir and cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, and corn.
  4. Add ranch dressing and mix well to coat the mixture evenly.
  5. Layer the bowl by starting with the ranch-coated rice mixture, then top with seasoned beef.
  6. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, black olives, green onions, and cilantro on top.
  7. Finish with diced avocado and a squeeze of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce. This bowl is also delicious served with tortilla chips on the side for added crunch.
