A creamy and flavorful spinach and artichoke dip that’s perfect for parties and gatherings, combining tender spinach, artichokes, and a blend of cheeses for a warm, satisfying appetizer.

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped artichoke hearts, thawed spinach, minced garlic, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir until evenly combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For an extra creamy dip, stir in some shredded cheddar cheese before baking or top with extra mozzarella for a golden crust.
